At the , running from 2 July to 2 August right here in Canberra Australia, the Canberra Museum plus Gallery has free activities lined up for kids, families and anyone else wandering by. Its all about nodding to the citys cultural mix without the hard sell, just a bunch of low key fun to keep everyone occupied.

Theyve set up this Sanctuary spot as a chill out zone where you can duck away from the festivals crowds and pretend youre not at an event at all. Think crafty making sessions, kids shows, some tunes, face painting that might make you look like a rogue panda, and generally calm creative stuff to unwind with.
