Presented by Sumita Quinn, OT at Kids’ Space OT, this workshop is designed for parents, carers and educators who have children or care for children who eat a very limited variety of foods.

You will leave this 1.5 hour workshop with:
An understanding of the different factors that may be impacting your child's eating
An understanding of the many steps to eating.
Real life and practical strategies that can be implemented straight away to support your child learning to eat while reducing stress at mealtimes.
Please note, this workshop does not cover nutrition or the foods you *should* be feeding your child (you probably already know that) but will give you strategies to increase your child's willingness and tolerance to a wider variety of foods.
