Starting bright and early at 7.30am in Commonwealth Park, you'll find a morning packed with entertainment and laughter until 11.30am. Lace up your trainers for a scenic jaunt around Lake Burley Griffin, and choose your perilous journey wisely: a casual 2.5km for those who prefer a leisurely stroll, a mildly challenging 5km for the 'I've eaten one too many lamingtons' folks, or a serious 10km for the seasoned runners who think a marathon is just a warm-up.

And don't worry, the fun just doesn't stop at running. The 2.5km route promises to keep the kids—and the kid-at-heart—smiling with family-friendly entertainment galore. For the more competitive ones, the 5km and 10km will even throw in some timing and medals for finishers. Just a heads up, if your little one is under 11, make sure they have a parent or guardian in tow—after all, we wouldn't want them to mysteriously vanish while chasing down that elusive finish line ribbon. So, get ready to run, walk, or just have a good time. Just don't forget to register when sign-ups kick off on 16 December.
