Care Club 2024 brings the international success of the Singing Mamas network to Canberra for an hour of joy and connection.

Singing ticks so many wellbeing boxes, from stress relief to breath-work, celebration, connection and creative expression.

Organiser Rose Ricketson, who craved community in postpartum, has created this event because, she explains "I have seen first-hand how this simple and timeless activity improves wellbeing, especially for mums who may need some positive social engagement. It's such a bonus that the kids just love it too!"

Care Club X Singing Mamas is facilitated by skilled music therapist Sarah Eldred and is open to mothers and children up to preschool age.

With comfortable seating, cake and a mothers circle included, this makes for a joyful outing for all.

Held on Wednesdays from 10-11am (7th February - 10 April 2024) at Flow Yoga, 1 Dairy Rd, Fyshwick ACT 2609.

Tickets are $21 for casual drop-in or $180 for x 10 sessions.
