Welcome to 'Before Us,' in Civic Square, where the T-Rex and his pals are king and queen! The City Renewal Authority! Discover 17 expertly constructed lit creatures and breathtaking interactive performances by Erth as part of City Illuminations at Enlighten. This free, family-friendly outdoor exhibition will be available every day from March 1 through March 11 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
